Our assessment model reduces administrative burden by filtering out those lacking the required cognitive skills at an early stage.
Use a two-stage assessment process to reduce the burden on applicants and focus detailed testing on those who progress*.
Those that progress to stage 2 will be familiar with the testing model and so will be able to better focus on the actual tests.
Stage 2 is where to include personality and / or critical thinking tests.
* Candidate stress is the mental pressure and anxiety job-seekers feel during the hiring process. It can overload their working memory so making it hard to think clearly and they may abort the assessment even though they possess the required skills. Breaking down our assessment process into 2 stages helps reduce this loss of quality applicants.

To help the applicant feel at ease Stage #2 starts with a longer version of a test they have previously completed, the Attention Network test.
** Each of these tests utilise different memory functions. Applicants who score highly on one test can get a significantly lower score on the other.
