Key Terms

  • To start their assessment a participant will require
    a unique voucher (12 digit code).
  • Vouchers have to be purchased in advance.
  • Our base price is £24 per voucher.
  • No refunds for unused vouchers.

Important: A voucher is deemed "used" when they start their assessment not when it is completed.

An incomplete assessment is charged at the same rate as a completed assessment.

If a participant never starts their assessment it can be cancelled and the voucher will be credited.
